FEE
Fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to your first session.
My FULL FEES range from $200 – $500 depending upon the type of session: Individual, Couple, Band.
SLIDING SCALE FEE
I do offer a few sliding scale appointments for those who request a lower fee and do not have insurance. We can discuss this option when we speak prior to your appointment.I offer a Free 10 minute Telephone Consultation for those who have questions or would like to speak with me directly about their situation prior to scheduling their appointment. Once the fee has been set, you are responsible for paying for my services at the time of each session.
INSURANCE
I encourage you to contact your health insurance company directly to discuss and confirm your coverage for psychotherapy services as well as the number of sessions covered by your policy.I am currently on the following insurance panels and considered an “IN-NETWORK PROVIDER” with these health insurance companies:
- Aetna PPO
- Anthem
- Blue Cross
- Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Magellan
- Managed Health Network (MHN)
- Value Options
Please check with your health insurance company to ensure that I am definitely an in-network provider with your health insurance plan. I require payment of co-payment or deductible at the time of each session. I accept cash or checks. I do not accept any credit or debit cards.
If you choose to access health insurance coverage with a company that I am considered an “OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER” I will give you a statement called a “Superbill” that you can submit as a claim to your insurance company. Your insurance company will reimburse you to the extent that my services are covered by your health insurance policy for an out of network provider. Full payment for my services continues to be due at the time of each session for those accessing out of network services.
